This terms and conditions do not affect any statutory rights, you may have as a consumer such as rights under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges)

Regulations 2013 or the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

Items of apparel in some cases are printed or embroidered to order and not always held in direct stock, in all cases we have an average dispatch time of 5 working days from the time of order.

We aim to deliver all items within 5 working days from the date of dispatch, however we state that during and around public holidays this may increase to within 10 working days to handle product demand. 

All product shipping is carried out via Royal Mail within the UK and is tracked and insured to ensure you receive your item.

We also offer a range of worldwide delivery options and this will be calculated at checkout depending on your delivery country. 

JARK Productions Ltd offers a 28 day returns policy 
whereby we will offer a refund or replacement,
the 28 day policy starts the day the item is delivered.

Please note that all items go through a quality inspection process upon return after which the refund or replacement will be confirmed.

The donation to respective charities is made after the 28 day period has passed, confirming the customer will retain their purchase.

The customer is liable for the cost of returning the item/s,
we advise that all items returned are sent recorded delivery
 as we are not liable for the item until its received.

All purchases made from the JARKITS site are non-refundable or exchangeable unless the item is faulty/damaged.

JARKITS match worn / player issued shirts are liable to a longer delivery period of around 5 days this is due to at times our COA authenticator not being on site to validate an item.

Many of the 1990's retro football shirts available on the JARKITS site often come up smaller than modern day sizing, if you'd like a larger more retro fit we advise purchasing the size up. 

All amounts stated in these terms and conditions or on our website are stated inclusive of VAT in addition to the price of the products, you will have to pay a delivery charge, which will be notified to you before the contract of sale comes into force.

We reserve the right to return the goods to you at your cost or to accept their return subject to making a deduction for any loss in value of the goods arising from your handling of them and a charge to cover our processing cost.
